U-um... Yeah...
The story behind this pic is that on Dragonlance Nexus we were all discussing what kind of outtakes the Dragonlance Movie would have... and then we spawned onto random funny outtakes from the books. And since Tas is voiced by the guy who does Chester from Fairly Odd Parents, I submitted some quotes from that. And one of them was Tas going 'I WILL NOT BE SILENCED!'
It killed me so much I drew it. Originally the pic had Chaos's foot about to stamp on him, but I can't draw giant feet.
